Diane Cancino

A California native, Diane finds great joy in sharing the beauty and the opportunity of Nevada County. She is inspired to help her clients create their ideal lifestyle and build personal wealth with each real estate investment. Dependable, amiable and responsive, Diane is committed to providing personalized service to all of her clients. She listens carefully to her client’s needs and desires and pursues their dreams and goals as if they were her own. Combining those traits with a passion for coordinating and problem solving, she hopes to make each transaction a successful and enjoyable process for her clients.

 

Prior to working in real estate, Diane worked in communication and public affairs with an emphasis on community engagement, writing, and planning. With over two decades of business experience, Diane knows how to leverage marketing tactics and interpret data insights. She earned a B.A. in Communication Media & Foreign Language from the American University, and Master of Communication Management from the University of Southern California.

Diane moved to Nevada County in the summer of 2020 from Santa Monica, CA.  She and her family purchased vacant land and built  an off-grid home in the Tahoe National Forest.
