I began my real estate career in 2008 during the financial crisis. I was able to dive right in and experience what many agents had never encountered. Working with foreclosures and short sales only added to my resume. I have a background in construction by running a successful backhoe service with my husband. This lends itself to my extensive knowledge in the development of lots, moving homes, building and remodeling from the ground up. I use my construction background to take a sophisticated approach when addressing my clients real estate needs.
My success is almost exclusively on positive referrals. I earn the respect of my clients by working on their behalf with unmatched devotion. I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me and I strive everyday to exceed their expectations. I like to win for my clients but with a calm demeanor and integrity.
I’m always continuing my education to stay on top of the latest market trends, technology and obtained my Brokers License so I can represent my clients at the highest level.
As a long time resident of Grass Valley I have an intimate knowledge of Nevada County. When not traversing Gold Country, you can find me mountain biking, hiking and enjoying all that the Foothills and Sierras have to offer.
