I am a native Californian, born and raised in the bay area. My husband and I moved to El Dorado County in 1989, where we raised two amazing men. In 2010, we moved to Rocklin, however, we disliked living in the concrete jungle. In July 2013, we decided it was time to return to the foothills and moved to Penn Valley. I went to work with my sister and brother-in-law, Edith Heaney Miller and John Miller, our broker, at Intero Real Estate Services as their bookkeeper and administrative assistant.
From the beginning, I was so impressed by the level of commitment John & Edie have towards the agent’s success. They instill confidence by trying to make sure a brand-new agent has a deal in their pipeline within their first month. They provide leads, countless hours of training and support to convert those leads and successfully close transactions. It is the most supportive, feel good, family-oriented company I’ve ever been a part of. Our office has donated almost $100K to Nevada & Placer County Children’s Charities. I love the company and the people I work with. I’m inspired by them every day.
From the time I started, I was encouraged to get my license and in 2016, I finally did it. In July of 2018, I decided to become a full-time agent. By using my combined experience in administration, bookkeeping, transactions and contracts coupled with the training, tools and technology provided by Intero, I’ve already closed 7 transactions (in 5 months!) and I’m looking forward to a very successful 2019. This is a great job, I love being of service and helping people find new homes or help them sell so they can move on to the next chapter in their lives.
