I love Nevada County! It is the reason I have carved the last 20 years of my life here. First as a CEO of a corporation serving the mass market and the last 10 years as a top producing real estate agent. John and I opened the Intero Brokerage in Nevada County in 2013 after a 2 year search to align ourselves with a company whose goals and business philosophy were synergistic with our own.
From the first day we met the corporate officers in Cupertino and the CEO Gino Blefari (and now Tom Tognoli), we knew they were the winners we were looking for! John and I wanted a vehicle that would help us to create a disciplined business model for agents in which they could achieve their sales goals faster while creating a higher level of service for the client. We wanted a company who believed in utilizing todays real estate technologies to work smarter and not harder! We believe we have found just such a vehicle.
