Hi, my name is Jules and I’m a realtor serving Nevada, Placer, and El Dorado county.
My background:
I’m originally from the east coast, New York and Florida. I studied Business at Seminole State College. I decided to move to the Sierra Nevada Foothills nearly a decade ago with my partner and our cat. It turned out to be one of the best decisions of our lives. From day trips to Lake Tahoe and San Francisco, to countless days exploring the Yuba and American River, this area has more to offer than we could’ve imagined. It’s an honor to work in real estate here.
I believe the American dream of owning a home is still possible and that home ownership is a path to building wealth. I love working with first time home buyers, investors, and those who share the same love for the Sierra Nevada Foothills. I’m devoted to advising and helping my clients navigate the home buying or selling process in a smooth and intentional way. My goal is to meet your real estate goals and I will work diligently to do so.
Before real estate, I was a green screen photographer, promoter for an entertainment company, cannabis cultivator, caregiver for the elderly, and worked in the hospitality industry. These experiences have enabled me to connect with all walks of life. When I’m not busy with real estate, I enjoy CNC woodworking, hiking, going to shows, and flow arts.
