Sierra Nevada mountains and foothills has been home for most of my life since the mid 60ty’s I have and been living in Nevada County since 1997, “Below the snow and above the fog”, and working in real estate since 2004. During this time my experiences has allowed me to gather a great knowledge of the areas and history, I serve and throughout the foothills and Tahoe Truckee. My offed services, range from representing, Buyers and Sellers Residential Real Estate to Commercial, Land, Construction and Development.
Before real estate, since 1979, I successfully have worked in finance and investment where I gained a vast and in-depth knowledge of the financial industry. These experiences have given me the ability to listen, understand, evaluate my client’s needs, and wants, and communicate and negotiate all aspects of a Real Estate transaction. It is important to me to communicate with my clients, making them comfortable through understanding and being well informed in their decisions.
Helping people with their real estate needs I find quite pleasurable. It is my goal to create a level of comfort and satisfaction for my clients that creates a pleasant and fun experience of what can sometimes be a complicated or emotional journey.
